Dually Licensed
Each TRC therapist holds two licensures, providing a unique specialization and education that helps us help you. We are licensed Clinical Counselors, Couples and Family Therapists, School Counselors and Social Workers.
Trauma Informed
We honor your past experiences and acknowledge their impact. We are trained and skilled in addressing trauma by engaging the body and mind, utilizing evidence based practices.
Systemic Minded
In addition to working with individuals, TRC specializes in addressing the relationships in which we all exist. We provide intimate relationship counseling and family counseling.

We are just like you - we have families, pets, stressors, hobbies, challenges... We're not always the best at practicing mindfulness and effective communication in our daily lives. We get it, it's hard. We're here to support you through it all!
Session Flexibility
TRC provides in-office, telehealth and nature-based sessions. If you prefer to come to our office - GREAT! If telehealth is convenient - WONDERFUL! If you'd like to take a walk or sit outside with nature - FANTASTIC! We're flexible!
Open Space
We not only hold emotional space. We provide large, welcoming and comfortable offices. Sit, lay, stand, dance, take a yoga pose - our offices will hold the space for you.
