Team TRC believes that mental health services should be accessible for the community that we serve. As a courtesy to our clients, TRC will check your benefits to determine if you have a deductible, co-pay or co-insurance. We will inform you prior to scheduling what to expect regarding out of pocket expenses.

Verification of benefits can be inaccurate, it is the responsibility of the client to follow up with insurance.
TRC does not bill out of network or secondary insurances. We only submit only in-network & primary insurance.
The client is responsible to pay the balance if insurance does not cover.
Your insurance company can give you exact details regarding your plan: deductible, co-pays, co-insurance, etc.
Patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing counseling session fees.

The Relationship Center prioritizes the privacy of your protected health information. We do not use venture capitalist or middleman billing companies; all insurance billing is handled directly between TRC and your insurance company. Additionally, we do not use AI in any capacity to ensure that your data is protected and the highest level of confidentiality is maintained.
